We specialize in woodworking tools, DIY project kits, hand tools, accessories, and craft materials. Every product is carefully selected for durability, precision, and performance.


2. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.


3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $49.
Orders under $49 have a flat rate of $4.95.


4. How long is the delivery time?

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select countries including Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia.
Shipping fees and delivery times depend on the destination.
Customs fees or import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.


6. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your package via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or our Track Order page.


7. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

8. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.

Please email us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • The damaged product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
